A:AnswerNo it does not! I used Acronis True Image to transfer from one drive to the new solid state hard drive. I connected both the old hard drive & the new solid state hard drive to my desktop computer and cloned the old drive to the new ssd. You have to purchase Acronis True Image separately & it can be purchased on Amazon.com or at your local Best Buy Store. I hope this helps you!
