Compatible with every laptop in the last 10 years that uses a 2.5” SATA drive. They come with a code for cloning software but you will want an SATA - USB adapter or drive dock or external USB enclosure.

The issue you have here, is most Laptops can only house 1 2.5" Hard drive. So you would be sacrificing that 1TB of space. But it's not that much more to get the larger size drive in SSD. Absolutely the best thing you'll ever do with that PC
