Yes, however, I would recommend at least a 500GB variant, any smaller would have issues with installing anything besides the operating system

After install must have a flashdrive in order to run the PS4 updater to complete this process. There are videos on Youtube that explain how to install.

You will also need a flashdrive to run the updater that is needed so that system may work properly. There are youtube videos that explain how to do this. Good luck.
