“Will it , down load pics from i-phone , table top pc and i-pad? will it put pics in chronological order, eliminate duplicate pics, and show where pics were taken? can I later delete individual photos from the PNY Duo-Link? thanks”

It will work as any other flash drive. It just puts the pictures or files in the order but not create or organize pictures by date taken. If you are using windows pc, there will be photos app which can import option pictures and organize them in the date taken etc.
