I haven’t tried it, but I would think so. Once photos are transferred to the device, it functions just the same as any flash drive. Just make sure your TV can read the format in which the photo is taken on your device. iPhone photos, as I found out, are .heic files and not universally recognized by other devices. Simple solution is to get the free .heic converter app which converts the photos to .jpeg files.
