As long it is formatted right. For my use I reformatted to FNTS.

"It works like any standard Flash Drive. Speeds are based on the USB port either it be 1.0, 2.0 or 3.0."

I'm sorry I'm not familiar with the device you're talking about but it does work with 2.0 USB as well as 3.0 so I'd imagine It would work don't see any reason why it would not work but you could buy a try if you does great if not return it back to Best Buy and just remember to keep your receipt and the packaging before you return it.

Not sure about the cdj-2000 but i did use it for a Pioneer DDJ-SR... Worked fine
