Is it compatible with hp pavilion ryzen 3 null

Yes it will work an fit perfectly. I recently worked on one of the same HP Ryzen PC's and yes its all good. the RAM timings will default to CL16-18-18-38 no matter what and due to HP's way of locking BIOS on these systems it isn't adjustable but at the base timings its more then good for anything you'd throw at it.
