You have to call customer service 800# to get the code. I didn't get one either. I had to call. They will email you the code on request. Have the receipt in hand when you call. You will need it. Offer ends on May 16.

I had to contact them twice despite providing all information and the initial rep (i don't know if he thought he was being funny or just inept) provided me with the incorrect code. The second time I contacted them the rep who responded was very quick to respond and provided me with the correct nvidia promotion code. Happy Gaming.
