I would hazard a guess that the "height" measurement of 2.35 mm might mean 2.35 "slot". It doesn't look like a full 3 slot or anywhere close to it. Just guessing though!

For one country? Wake up, buddy. Do a simple conversion and use that big brain you were gifted with. Stop being lazy and dumb. It is not benefiting you much!
