From what I can see, the Inspirion 3670 uses a variety of 8th generation CPUs. Given that I run this exact graphics card on a CPU that is *four generations older*, you should be more than fine for photos, and definitely good enough for movies. For comparison, this is about the same GPU that is used inside of an Xbox One/PS4, so it's pretty powerful for $100. Hope this helps.
