depends on the power draw of your CPU, RAM, hard drives, and fans 180 watts is a rather low power supply i guess it is a rather older minimalist system to have such a low watt PSU. this card says that is has a 20 wat TDP so at full load it will draw around 20 watts. so check what everything already in your system is using and add that up and see how much wiggle room you have left.

The gt1030 uses 30w at normal operation leaving only 85w to run every other component in the box. While it may work it has a greater chance of having issues.
