• No (maybe) This card runs at x4 3.0 so most (if not all) x16 cards can out do this card it is a good upgrade from built in Video ^.^

• Yea it would be a good upgrade, by far not the best gpu out there but it can handle some games ok. But to answer your question yea its a big upgrade from a 620.
