• Obviously systems specs come into play in addition to upgrading the graphics card, but generally you should see your frame rate almost double in games by upgrading from a GT 730 to a GT 1030 ..so nearly a 100% performance increase on average.

• This is double the performance to triple the performance over the GT 730. It is closer to the lvl of a GTX 750. It destroys the gt 730 even in light gaming. It does not require a 6pin, This card pulls about the same wattage as a GT 730

• The 1030 will be over twice as fast performance wise, it does take more power though, around 27W for the 740, and 30W for the 1030. I am currently using my 1030 with a 240W power supply so power draw should not be a huge issue.
