If that's all you're doing with it, than yes. Because that doesn't take up too much power to stream videos to your computer,but it can't handle much and can easily be over powered or over heated. However, I would recommend if your computer can handle it a GTX 950/960. I don't think it would be necessary to buy a gtx1050 but if you did you wouldn't have to worry about over powering it or overheating.
