A:Answer It will, but your computer's RAM speed (DDR2. 800 MHz) will be a bottleneck for it. You probably will not get as much of a graphics performance boost as you might think. If you have the slim line cabinet, you will have to use one of the included alternate face plates. Your PCIE slot must be available in order to install it. Also, go on the manufacturer website and make sure there are drivers for your OS. (If you have upgraded to Win7 or Win 10 - that box might not do Win 10) you are probably safe. If you are still on XP pr Vista, make sure there are drivers.
