• Yes it it definitely will run it,minimum requirements for vr is a gtx 970 and it it will run it smoothly

• They say the card is VR Ready so it will run it but I wouldn't expect the best experience at all. Most reviewers have recommended at least a GTX 1070 for a smoother experience.
