• Yes, if it's compatible with your system, this will help you run 95% of games at 1080p. Depending on the accompanying CPU, it will run at 60fps as well.

• Absolutely. I have no issues with 1920x1080 at high with For Honor for example. You should be fine as long as the screen can handle it, the gpu will pump it out.
