Probably, but you have to do the work to make sure. I installed one of these in a Dell Inspiron 8940, which is also a compact desktop. PNY's website shows a length of 6.69", so you'll want to open the computer case and measure the length where you'll be installing it - it needs to go into a PCIe x 16 slot. You also need to make sure you have one 6-pin power connector available. See pages 24-26 of Dell's service manual for the 3910.
