You may see slight differences in base or boost clock, but this usually equates to 1-2% performance different maximum (ie nothing). The differences in partner models have more to do with thermals, fan noise (and behavior), power budget, and overclocking headroom. At this budget for such little power draw, get whatever is cheapest.
