“Will this help my new Toshiba 2 n1, 4GB memory, 128GB SOLID STATE Drive I just bought a new Toshiba with 128 GB Solid State Drive that only had 4GB memory? Some computer experts told me that I really need 8 GB memory to run the programs and stuff today. If that is correct, is this the correct one to buy for solid state drives and if so, is it easy to install. I am not very computer literate. I appreciate any help. Thanks”

This is somewhat older RAM, and may not be rated as fast as your new Toshiba needs. Your computer may recognize it, but not run as fast as it should.

Just make sure it's the same type of memory, e.g. (Type: DDR DDR2 DDR3) and also Speed matches what you currently have. It doesn't matter what type of hard drive your using.
