“Please explain what the button is for. Also please tell me what the three lights showing blue mean. I thought my power pack was charged and plugged it into my phone but it didn't seem to be charging the phone. Thinking the power pack was dead I plugged it into my computer and I am seeing three blue lights. Does that mean the power pack is full or needs charging?”

Ours blinks while charging. When ours has three full blue lights, it's fully charged.

While charging the lights flash, 1, 2, 3. While it is charging the lights that stay constantly lit show how far along the charging is. When I charge my phone I push the button after I connect it to my phone.

The lights will go off 1 at a time until they all go out and there is no charge left in it. Although sometimes you can press the button again and their might be more charge left in it.

Plug your phone in and push the button and it should start charging. just be careful not to accidentally turn it off while you are charging. This might be why your battery did not charge your phone.
