• Just retract it by holding the gray, keychain with one hand, hold the bronze body with the other and pull in opposite directions firmly. Be mindful not to try to squeeze the bronze body portion.

• To close the USB Flash Drive You just pull hard shell sleve opposite direction of case and usb will get pulled into unit protecting it.
