Yes, but you have to back up your music to Google and down load it from there. Strange solution, but works great.

You may have to convert the music files to Mp3. Freemake works fast and free.

It is working great with my car system. Now, in your case, it depends if your system supports this kind of flash drives. It is also backward compatible with USB 2.0 so I think it will be ok as long as you live it to Fat32 or NTFS file system. If you have a MAC and you format it will not work in your car.
