Will this work with a PS5? null

Yes I’ve had it in my ps5 for months & it works great & super fast.

From reading quite a few reviews on this specific PNY XLR8 CS3140, it is compatible with the new PS 5 Console and is a better choice than the PNY XLR8 CS3040. I would highly suggest using the PNY XLR8 heatsink designed to replace the ssd bay cover and provide proper heatsink function for this new ssd. These are very similar to the Sabrent Rocket SSD and Heatsink sold specifically for PS5 console upgrades.
