Considerably, but I personally would not upgrade from a 10 series to a 16 series. If you were still on a 9 series, sure, but I'd probably wait it out for a bigger upgrade unless your 1060 is not working properly. An RTX 2060 KO ($310) or 2060 Super ($399) might be a better selection for you if you need an immediate budget upgrade.
