The Recommended power supply for this GPU is 450watts, so yes you will need to upgrade from your 180 Watt power supply. As for the 4K monitor, it will runs most stuff in 4K But when it comes to gaming and which Game, you might run into performance issues.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You can not find a aftermarket power supply unit that fits into the HP Envy chasis and HP will not sell you the larger power supply they have separately. It has to be ordered in the Hp Envy chasis directly from them. The small frame factor after market power supplies that do fit do not have the correct cables on them to plug into the HP Envy unit. Buy a diferent PC tower with a seperate graphic card in it.

The Super has GDDR 6 and the regular 1660 only has GDDR 5 (this doesn't matter now, but, could in the future). On the power supply, definitely upgrade...you can find a 600 (or better) for a really good price. The 180 you have won't power any good GPU's.
