Yes, if they want a Mew or to be able to walk their monsters, I recommend two. I have two, one for me and one for my daughter.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, because the game supports a two player mode and there must be two controllers in order to play that way
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you have that kind of money and dont want your kids fighting over it sure. The Pokeball only holds one Pokemon at a time, (which makes sense), so if they are all playing seperate profiles and want to level up their own Pokemon, I would say yes,
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It depends because if they are also playing Pokémon go then they should have their own controller! It makes the game so much fun!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you don’t want them to fight over who gets the Mew, then definitely.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It really is a gimmick. So depends on your willingness to spend the money. At some point you can put a pokemon in the ball and they can hear it when the game is off and they shake it. I think it is only useful if both kids really enjoy the game, because the second player is limited. If they each have their own profile then the answer is yes.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. To answer your question, it is not a necessity for each child to have their own Poke' Ball Plus controller. Albeit it does offer a unique playing experience, it is not necessarily needed. The primary benefits of having the controller (i.e. recieving the pokemon Mew & carrying a pokemon on the go) only affect a single game and a single save file. Unless each child is desperately wanting one, I would just get one and use the joy-con for any additional player.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Kinda. Each ball you can have one creature inside at a time, so theoretically they could each have one. also its a multiplayer game so because it can be used as a second controller on pokemon lets go only. Also it can be used in the phone game pokemon go so it really just depends on how many play all those games and to what degree.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, the pokeball comes with a (digital) Pokemon inside that can only be redeemed once. So if each child has one they can each redeem the Pokemon it comes with.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It's not necessary since you can use the joycon as a controller too, but it does make it more fun to be able to use the pokeball as a controller. The pokeball will also make sound effects when you battle and capture pokemon as well as light up when you are trying to catch pokemon.
