• There shouldn't be any reason why not - there's no software or separate apps to install that would be locked to a region. The hardware just connects via Bluetooth which should be universal. The included Legendary Mew is always a one-time-use inclusion that immediately associates with the account you're using when you first connect the Pokeball Plus as well.
