- Answer I was able to get into a que for todays "drop" (2/28/25) and even add it to my cart after some verification. You can imagine my excitement only to find that once it was in my cart both shipping and store pickup were mysteriously unavailable. Best Buy "held" this item in my cart for 10 minutes and after the timer it was removed and no longer available. The process was a waste of time and it seemed like Best Buy just wanted some traffic on their site.

- Answer They don't carry them in store anymore. They have been restocked online multiple times since then, but you basically have to look everyday to catch them. They go fast.

- Answer After refreshing a few times a day I was able to reserve one this morning at 6AM PST. I think they might be spacing out the availability of the pre-orders depending on location and stock allocation. Try checking back daily.

- Answer yes I just pre ordered, I tried to pre order 2, it is limiting it to 1 per customer, then they canceled my initial pre order. DO NOT TRY TO ORDER MORE THAN 1, i was punished for it.
