I looked at the nearest Best Buy stores online and entered the SKU #. If the store said it had some in stock (I needed three different ones) I called the store (I can't remember which phone option I chose, but I think it was something like finding the SKU # and checking availability), which ever would get me to a real person. Once I got a hold of an employee, I told them that the plushies all had the same SKU, but I wanted to see if they had the three I needed. They had to physically walk to the items and once they verified that they had what we were looking for, I told them I will put in the online order right away. I ordered 3 of the same SKU items online, and then I went to pick them up once I recieved the email confirmation. I had to try this three different times with three different stores, but it worked.
