• The upgrade pack is only for upgrading the standard Switch version of the game to the Switch 2 version. You must have the main game in order to use the upgrade (this is not the game itself.)

• So long as you also purchase the base game too, yes. If you only buy this upgrade pack, you will not be able to play the game.

• If you purchased the switch 1 version, this would basically be an upgrade to the switch 2 version.
