If you ordered via shipping the bag might be shipping desperately. Check the orders and scroll to bottom where the bag is, see if there is a tracking number for the bag or the status there.

I was told by the store that I needed to wait for a ready for pick up notification for this tote. :/ Not sure if this is true…

I am curious, did you happen to recheck your orders again to see if it was re-added? I checked again yesterday, and it got re-added for me.
