No the double pack from Best Buy doesn't give you the orange tracksuit bonus.

Please try again later.So, it was announced about a week or two ago that going to a Wal-Mart and scanning the QR code through Poke Pass will give you those orange tracksuits. So, you do not rely on pre-ordering the specific dual pack that comes with the outfit. Hopefully this helps out!
