“Can I preorder this or do I have to buy it day of release”

• There was an option to preordered this 2 months ago.The preorders sold out.It looks like people who preordered it are not getting it either.I preordered 3 they all say delayed.

• There is no preorder option in like the other SV card products. Says release date is the same as the others so it looks like it’s first come first serve on release date in store.
