If it’s damaged, they will send you a new one plus extra items to make up for it. It is bought already and you found one for cheaper. I don’t know. I never dealt with that.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.As long as you don’t open the product and there is clearly visible damage. You cannot open the booster packs and decide the charizard is damaged and request a refund as well. Otherwise works like any other product return. No scamming here buddy.
