• No stores accept returns on trading card products any more. Too much potential for fraud.

• Yes you can return it if damaged, you do have 14 days from delivery or purchased date. On the better price Best Buy also does price match .

• I would only return it if any of the products are damaged but keep it if there is nothing wrong with the box.

• As long as you don’t open the product and there is clearly visible damage. You cannot open the booster packs and decide the charizard is damaged and request a refund as well. Otherwise works like any other product return. No scamming here buddy.
