Does this come with the bulbasaur promo card ? null

It may not come with the promo card (stamped IR Bulbasaur) because it does have a different barcode (UPC) than the boxes sold by Pokemon Center and GameStop (both of which have the promo card). Take it with a grain of salt, but the UPC of this item is different than the UPC of the boxes that for sure have the promo card.

Its been confirmed that not all Booster Boxes of this set will be Enhanced (come with the promo). No clear indication of what retailers will have the enhanced and which ones wont. Only guaranteed source is from Pokemon Center and those pre orders have long passed.

I'm not positive but I think all of them have the promo, there is no distinction from distro like there was for the journey together. Again, there could be some without it but I have a feeling they will all have that beautiful Bulbasaur.
