Truth be told idk but if they don’t that’s kinda not ok, like if the product is unopened and returned within a reasonable amount of time you should be able to especially if you can’t pick what ball you get. I don’t want duplicate ones and personally looking for the quick ball due to it being my favorite ball look wise.
