Because Best Buy would rather you wait online on the drop day only to never load the product page then after 10 minutes tell you that they are not being dropped till tomorrow and to come back . I said but the drop is happening right now and the website is stuck refreshing?? oh and when I couldn’t refresh the page I started a chat with an agent and he told me that the drop wasn’t today but tomorrow ….. I said but today is Friday may 30th then I was told it wasnt being dropped yet because of “high demand” which is almost as ridiculous as telling me the drop is tomorrow when I had been waiting on the site for drop to start all morning . So happy I’m a Best Buy total member and get that great customer service
