So these come shipped in a box from the factory and then best buy opens said box and puts the item on their shelves. It's a sealed box from the factory....

Anything purchased new from Bestbuy should be factory sealed, but there is no telling if someone resealed and returned them. Which is always the risk anywhere honestly. But I do not believe it happens often. I've purchased many sealed products and nothing was tampered with.
