Use the following PDF to measure your wrist. Pretty much print and cut the templates and get the size that fits you:

I am petite and 5'3". I got the medium and it looks and fits perfect for me.

I got the medium strap and there is a measurement display on the side of the box. The overall product does not change in size, just the length of the strap. I would think that the medium would fit most wrists. Mine is about 8 inches in diameter.
