• i have to charge mine every 3 days. Sometimes every other day. But I also use the activity mode at least twice a day and sync it to my phone every night.

• I usually charge mine about every 4 days thanks to getting text notifications and having training sessions recorded. With notifications turned off the battery could last a couple more days I would think. Easy to charge though.
