Q: QuestionIt looks like one button switches the function from watch to monitor. When in monitor mode, is the HR a continuous readout?Or does the wearer have to push the button again every time one wants to see current heart rate?

Q: Questionpicture shows heart rate display. what other displays can be shown? does it show heart rate while swimming

• A:Answer The FT1, as it is very basic, offers a heart rate display only. A target zone can be set whereupon the watch will alert you, with a beeping noise and blinking display, whether or not one is out of their zone. Q: Questioncan you disable the "alarms"?says it has audible and visual alarms regarding max heart rate etc. can these be disabled? I don't want any audible alarms going off when I work out.
