• No, the chest strap that comes with the FT7 does not communicate on Bluetooth. You do have an option of securing the 'H7' heart rate sensor as a separate accessory and use it with both the FT7 watch and a app running at the same time on your phone - Mike @ Polar USA

• No it does not. I would recommend the H7 if you are looking for the connectivity with bluetooth

• No. You have to purchase a Polar H6 or H7 heart rate monitor. This one comes with an H1 monitor, that has absolutely no bluetooth capability.

• That strap only connects with the watch it comes with. It does not have Bluetooth so it would not sync with your smartphone unless you buy one that states that it's Bluetooth, such as the Bluetooth H7 Polar Smart Heart Rate Sensor.
