• Tommy - The FT series has a feature dubbed 'heart touch' that allows users to automatically see the time of day by bringing the watch next to the heart rate sensor being worn around the chest. If you want the ability to customize the display where the time of day is visible all the time with the heart rate, then I would recommend the M400. It gives the user the ability to edit what is displayed to your needs - Mike @ Polar USA
