Polar has 3 units that captures the heart rate through the wrist. They include the recently introduced M200 running unit, the A360 and the M600 (which also runs on Android Wear). - Mike@PolarUSA
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This is my first polar watch. I plan on purchasing the sensor. I enjoy the watch very much however it's my first fitness watch. The app is nice and the program on the computer is pretty extensive. I could imagine the sensor being uncomfortable. I've heard it's comfortable. My friend has it and he said he forgets he put it on when on runs.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Polar does make a watch with a wrist sensor which I tried. I found that it wasn't accurate when exercising. The Fitbits and Garmins had the same problem so I went back to the chest strap which works well. The wrist sensors are fine for daily use and sleeping but the chest strap is best for exercising. My opinion - others may feel differently.
