QuestionI'd like to know how you upload pics from the camera to a desktop. Instructions say to do with usb cable with power on the camera. The usb port is under the lid where the batteries go, so you can't have the usb in with the camera on.

- Answer Make sure you have a 32 SD card. Larger ones will not let you operate camera. This applies to iso48N camera
