• Compatibility is very basic for most sound bars. As long as you have an optical out on the TV you are good. If you only have mini stereo out, you can still make it work. I would read up on other issues though as compatibility can mean more than what I’m calling out above.

• Depends... If the TV in question has an SP/DIF Optical Out, then yes. If not, then you're probably looking at analog audio at best.

• Out of the box only an optical input is provided, if you do not have an optical audio out on the T.V. you will need to get an auxiliary audio cable, (not included) to complete the hook up.
