“Our sound bar isn’t even a year old yet! When I turn it on it’s shuts off a few seconds later I’ve tried in hooking everything and plugging it all back up and still nothing! What can I do to fix this problem?”

I found that if I turn the TV on the soundbar works. So I turn on the tv first then the soundbar, then shut the tv off to use any other device.
