“I just hooked this up to a new Samsung TV & the sound will increase itself & start blaring Avery few minutes. It shows it is paired correctly. Any ideas? I had a Harmon Kardon soundbar on it before with zero issues. Thanks.”

We had this exact problem, and took it back for warranty repair, as we purchased the 4-year Geek Squad warranty. They came back and said that the circuit board was not repairable, and gave us a new unit. However, that unit has stopped working altogether in less than four months. This soundbar is garbage.

Please try again later.Our sound bar does not do this; however, we have noticed that for a brief second when turning off the tv and sound bar at the same time we get a high pitched volume noise as the unit shuts off. Other then that this sound bar works great and we can finally make out voices as people talk. Before it was all muffled with the less expensive sound bar we were using.
