“How do I upgrade the system if I add the surround speakers? The manual says use Google Chrome app through an android. Have that but don't know how to connect for an uprade.”

You press the sync button on the sound bar and the surround speakers and it easily connects
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had same issue and called Polk Customer service who are useless. I tried running the firmware just as they had told me to but nothing. I tried the App and hardwiring it but it didn't work. So i called them back and once again had them asking me for the Firmware...as I told them before...I can't see the Firmware because the bar locked up and won't sync. The App will walk you through the steps and it seems easy enough but with my trash soundbar not working at all, it makes it useless.
